Direction Located on the Southwest corner of E 8th Avenue and N Washington St. Guest parking for residents (and showings) is located just to the West of the building on 8th avenue. Pull into the driveway immediately to the West of the building off of 8th Avenue and proceed up the ramp (it says permit parking only but it's open to short-term guest parking).
